Dogsee Chew, a Bengaluru-based natural pet treat company, has secured $8 million in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Ektha.com, with Shivanssh Holdings and the Poddar Family Office also participating. This latest investment brings the company's total funding to $22 million since its inception in 2015.

Co-founder and CEO Bhupendra Khanal emphasized the increasing demand for premium, natural pet food. He stated that the investment would allow Dogsee Chew to meet customer needs while reinforcing its position as a leader in the pet treat industry.
As per their website, Dogsee Chew started in 2015. It was founded by husband-wife duo Bhupendra Khanal and Sneh Sharma in Bengaluru. The idea came from their personal experience as pet parents to Mowgli, their Golden Retriever. Frustrated with unhealthy commercial treats, they searched for nutritious and safe alternatives.
They soon discovered Chhurpi, a traditional hard yak cheese made in the Himalayas. They realized its potential as a healthy, long-lasting chew and this led to the launch of Dogsee Chew Hard Bars, a signature treat made from cow and yak cheese.
